Toyota Genuine Parts apparently! Or maybe Lexus parts, but that wouldn’t be of much use in my case...

The latch started sticking. I pulled so hard to open the gate that the trim broke in 2 pieces...
The new latch assembly arrived already, now I just need a bit of time and energy to put it all together.
